How to sign up

Sentenial has designed the SEPA Migration and Management Service to make it easy for you to adapt to the SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) scheme.  You can sign onto the service and start processing SEPA direct debits in 6 simple steps

  1. Inform your Bank that you wish to use SDD
  2. Provide Sentenial with estimates of:
    • Number of mandates
    • Number of transactions
  3. Sign contract with Sentenial
  4. Provide information required to customise mandates and letters
  5. Provide Sentenial with legacy mandate data
  6. Start using the service.
